Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a marketing executive to drive branding, offline activation, and KOL engagement initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation and revenue.

This role is execution-focused, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on.

Reporting to: Marketing Manager


What You’ll Do

  • Execute branding and offline marketing activations (events, community meet-ups, POSM).
  • Plan and run lead generation mechanisms from offline activities and ensure they contribute to business revenue.
  • Manage KOL and streamer engagements (sourcing, coordination, activation).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Handle multiple projects and adapt quickly to changes in priorities or timelines.
  • Prepare post-activation reports focusing on performance, insights, and improvements.


⚠️ This role does *not* handle digital or performance marketing.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ yearsof experience as a marketing executive/brand executive (or 3+ years in the same company with proven growth).
  • Background in *Gaming / Esports / Entertainment* is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing activities generate *leads and revenue*.
  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
  • Able to work independently and *collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Hands-on mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
